Ben Kosek has joined Tooke & Smith as a Partner, bringing over 30 years of expertise in Strategic Pricing, Bid Estimates and Due Diligence to the firm. He has a strong estimating and proposal development background and has worked on projects ranging in size from $100K to $325M.  Ben has successfully negotiated lump sum/unit price contracts as well as unique contracting forms such as incentive based and cost sharing arrangements. He also has performed comprehensive due diligence for  potential acquisitions.
